Ordering & Pricing
Do you offer volume pricing for bulk orders?
Yes. We offer tiered pricing for quantity orders. Volume discounts are available on most products, including batteries, inverter/chargers, and solar panels. For orders of 5+ units, contact our sales team or request a quote for custom pricing.
Can I get a formal quote for my procurement team?
Absolutely. Use our Request a Quote form or use the AI System Engineer to design your system and download a PDF quote. Quotes include itemized pricing, part numbers, and are valid for 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for commercial orders. For qualifying businesses, we offer Net 30 terms on approved credit. Contact us to set up a commercial account.
Do you offer tax-exempt purchasing?
Yes. If your organization is tax-exempt, contact us with your tax exemption certificate and we'll set up your account for tax-free ordering.
Shipping & Logistics
Where do you ship from and what are your lead times?
We ship from Houston, TX. In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom battery configurations may require 1-2 weeks. Large or palletized orders ship via LTL freight. Contact us for expedited shipping options.
Do you ship batteries? Are there restrictions?
Yes, we ship LiFePO4 batteries nationwide. LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) batteries are classified as Class 9 dangerous goods for ground transport. All shipments are packaged and labeled according to DOT and IATA regulations. We handle the compliance so you don't have to. Freight shipping is available for larger battery banks.
Can you drop-ship to job sites or customer locations?
Yes. We can ship directly to job sites, warehouses, or end-customer locations. Provide the shipping address during checkout or in your quote request. For multi-site fleet deployments, we can coordinate staggered deliveries.
Technical
Can you help me size a power system for my application?
Yes, that's what we do best. Use our AI System Engineer to get a custom system recommendation in minutes. Describe your application, power requirements, and environment, and the AI will design a complete system with specific products and pricing. For complex projects, our engineering team is available for direct consultation.
Are your products compatible with existing Victron systems?
Alchemy is an authorized Victron Energy RSI dealer. All Victron products we sell are genuine, warranty-backed, and fully compatible with the Victron ecosystem including VRM remote monitoring, GX devices, and MPPT controllers. Our own LiFePO4 batteries are designed to integrate with Victron inverter/chargers and support Victron BMS communication protocols.
Do you do custom battery configurations?
Yes. We manufacture our own LiFePO4 battery packs and can build custom configurations for specific voltage, capacity, and form factor requirements. Common custom requests include rack-mount battery banks for telecom cabinets, underseat batteries for fleet vehicles, and high-capacity banks for construction trailers. Contact our engineering team with your specifications.
What certifications do your products carry?
Product certifications vary by item. Victron products carry CE, FCC, and relevant international certifications. Certification details are listed on each product page. We can provide certification documentation for any product upon request. For government and enterprise procurement, contact us for NDAA compliance status and full compliance packages.
Support & Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
Alchemy-manufactured batteries carry a multi-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and capacity degradation. Victron products carry Victron's manufacturer warranty (typically 5 years). Warranty details are listed on each product page. For warranty claims, contact our support team with your order number and issue description.
Do you provide installation support?
We provide technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and system configuration guides for all products. Our engineering team is available for pre-installation consultations, system design review, and remote troubleshooting. For complex deployments, we can connect you with certified installers in your area.
What is your return policy for commercial orders?
We accept returns on unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Custom battery configurations are non-returnable. Restocking fees may apply to large orders. Contact us before returning any item so we can provide a return authorization and expedite the process.
