Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all original packaging and accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
This fee covers product inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
The restocking fee does not apply if your return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Custom or made-to-order products

- Final sale items

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the product you have and place a new order after your return is accepted.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in original, unused condition with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
