System Design Services

Complete Power System Specifications.
Not Just Part Numbers.

Describe your application and constraints. We produce a complete system specification — battery sizing, inverter selection, solar array, charge controllers, monitoring configuration, wiring guidance — and a quoted BOM. Typical turnaround is one business day.

The Process

From Requirements to Deployment in Four Steps

No back-and-forth. No guesswork. A structured process that gets you from application requirements to a deployable power system with a quoted BOM.

01

Consult

Tell us about your application: platform type, load profile, autonomy target, operating environment, mounting constraints, and fleet size. A 15-minute call or a detailed form submission — either works.

02

Spec

We produce a complete system specification: component selection with sizing calculations, wiring guidance, monitoring configuration, and installation notes. Not a generic datasheet — a spec built for your exact application.

03

Quote

You receive a detailed BOM with transparent pricing, lead times, and volume discount tiers. Every line item is traceable to the spec. No hidden markups, no mystery bundles, no vendor lock-in.

04

Deploy

We ship from Houston, provide installation documentation, pre-configure Cerbo GX monitoring, and support your team through commissioning. Ongoing technical support is included — not billed separately.

Battery & Inverter Sizing

Sized for Your Load Profile, Not a Generic Calculator

Every system starts with two critical decisions: how much energy to store and how much power to deliver. We size both based on your actual duty cycle, not rule-of-thumb estimates from a datasheet.

  • LiFePO4 bank sizing — calculated from your load profile, autonomy target, depth-of-discharge limits, ambient temperature derating, and cycle life requirements.
  • Inverter selection — MultiPlus-II or Quattro matched to continuous load, peak surge, transfer requirements, and parallel configuration needs.
  • Shore power & generator input — proper protection, switchgear, and charging profiles for hybrid power sources.

Solar & Charge Control

Array Sizing, String Configuration, MPPT Matching

Solar array design requires more than picking a panel wattage. We account for your battery bank voltage, available mounting area, geographic location, and operational constraints to deliver a solar configuration that actually meets your energy budget.

  • Panel array sizing — wattage, string configuration, and tilt angle optimized for your site's latitude, shading, and seasonal irradiance variation.
  • SmartSolar MPPT selection — controller matched to array voltage, battery bank, and cable run distance. Proper sizing prevents clipping losses and maximizes harvest.
  • Multi-array configurations — split orientations, mixed panel sizes, and multiple MPPT controllers for complex roof or trailer-mounted installations.

Distribution, Monitoring & Wiring

Buildable Specs Your Installation Team Can Execute

A system specification isn't useful if your install team has to interpret it. We deliver documentation detailed enough that a qualified electrician can build the system without calling us — but we're available if they do.

  • DC distribution — Lynx busbar layout, fuse sizing, disconnect placement, and cable routing for safe, serviceable, NEC-compliant power distribution.
  • Cerbo GX monitoring — VRM portal setup, GX Touch display selection, network connectivity planning, alarm configuration, and Node-RED automation scope.
  • Wiring documentation — wire gauge per circuit, terminal specifications, conduit sizing, labeling standards, torque specs, and a field-ready reference document.
