Victron Recommended Software Integrator

Your Dealer Ships Hardware.
We Integrate the Software That Makes It Intelligent.

Most Victron dealers stop at commissioning. Alchemy builds the fleet monitoring, automations, and enterprise integrations that turn deployed power systems into managed assets. We are one of a select group of Victron Recommended Software Integrators in the United States — a designation earned through demonstrated expertise in VRM, Node-RED, MQTT, and custom system integration.

01
Remote Monitoring

See Every System. Every Site. One Dashboard.

Managing 50 deployed power systems — or 500 — your operations team can't drive to each one when something goes wrong. Every system we deploy connects to Victron's VRM cloud platform with fleet-wide visibility configured from day one. RSI-level monitoring goes beyond basic connectivity. We build the dashboard configuration, alarm logic, and reporting automation that turns VRM into your fleet operations center.

  • Fleet dashboards — SOC, solar yield, load consumption, GPS location for every unit in a single fleet view. Filter by site, region, or status. Your ops team sees everything from one screen.
  • Custom alarm rules — configured per deployment: low SOC thresholds, charge failures, high battery temperature, AC grid loss, door tamper, communication timeout. Alarms route to the right person on your team, not a generic inbox.
  • Automated reporting — daily and weekly performance digests delivered to your ops team. Site-level and portfolio-level views. Formatted, actionable summaries — not raw telemetry exports.
  • Role-based access — field technicians get site-level diagnostics, fleet managers get portfolio overview with trends, your end customer gets a clean read-only status view. Everyone sees exactly what they need.

Custom Automations

Automations Your Hardware Can't Do Out of the Box

Stock Victron firmware handles charge, discharge, and protect. Real-world deployments need conditional logic that responds to operational context — weather forecasts, time-of-use rates, generator fuel levels, load priorities. The Cerbo GX runs Node-RED natively, and as RSIs, we write the automation flows that make your power systems truly autonomous. Fewer truck rolls, extended runtime, no manual intervention.

  • Conditional load shedding — when SOC drops below a configurable threshold and solar forecast is poor, automatically shed non-critical loads (LED signs, secondary cameras, HVAC) to protect core systems and extend runtime through the night.
  • Generator auto-start sequencing — SOC-triggered start/stop with run-hour tracking, cooldown timers, fuel-level alerts, and graceful failover logic if the generator doesn't respond within the expected window.
  • Time-of-use optimization — for grid-connected construction sites or commercial installations, charge batteries during off-peak hours and discharge during peak demand. Automated energy cost reduction without manual scheduling.
  • External alerting — push critical events to Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS, email, or directly into your SCADA and dispatch system. Configurable severity levels and escalation paths so the right person responds to the right event.

Enterprise Integration

Pipe Power Data Into the Systems Your Team Already Uses

Your operations team doesn't want another login. They want battery state-of-charge in their existing fleet management dashboard, solar yield in their sustainability report, and load consumption in their dispatch system. Victron hardware exposes rich telemetry over MQTT and dbus protocols. We build the data bridges that connect your power infrastructure to the enterprise software you already run.

  • MQTT broker configuration — local and cloud data streams from every Cerbo GX in the fleet, with topic structures designed for your data architecture. Publish/subscribe patterns for both real-time monitoring and batch consumption.
  • REST API integrations — connect to telematics platforms (Geotab, CalAmp, Samsara), dispatch software, and asset management tools your team already uses. Power telemetry shows up where your operators already work.
  • SCADA & industrial control — for traffic management centers, utility-grade installations, and critical infrastructure that requires Modbus, OPC-UA, or other industrial protocol support.
  • Webhook-driven workflows — trigger actions in your ERP, ticketing system, or CRM when power events occur in the field. Low SOC creates a dispatch ticket. Generator fault opens a maintenance work order. No manual data entry.

Dashboards & Reporting

White-Label Monitoring Your Customers Actually Want to See

If you're an OEM deploying Victron-based power systems to end customers, they need a monitoring experience branded to you — not a raw VRM login with Victron's interface. We build custom dashboard layers that present power system data in the context your customers and stakeholders expect, turning raw telemetry into business intelligence they act on.

  • White-label monitoring portals — your logo, your color scheme, your URL. End customers see your brand, not Victron's backend. Full control over what data is surfaced and how it's presented.
  • Custom KPI views — uptime percentage, energy cost per site, fleet health score, days since last truck roll, solar self-consumption ratio. The metrics that matter to your stakeholders, not generic charts.
  • Scheduled PDF reports — automated weekly and monthly performance reports delivered to management, end customers, or compliance teams. Formatted for executive review — not raw data exports.
  • API endpoints for your own apps — if you're building a SaaS product on top of deployed power systems, we build the data layer and endpoints that feed your software. You focus on your product, we handle the Victron integration.
