Multi RS Solar 48/6000

All-in-one inverter/charger with integrated MPPT solar charge controller, combining three critical functions in a single high-efficiency 48V unit.

The Victron Multi RS Solar 48/6000 merges a 6,000VA inverter/charger with a 4,000W MPPT solar charge controller, eliminating the need for a separate solar charger in the system. The built-in MPPT tracks maximum power from solar arrays between 80V and 450Vdc, delivering up to 80A of solar charge current directly to the 48V battery bank. The inverter section provides 4,800W continuous from a 230V/50Hz output with sub-20ms transfer switching.

From the AC side, the integrated charger delivers 70A of charge current from grid or generator sources, and the combined solar-plus-AC charging capability accelerates battery replenishment significantly. VE.Direct, VE.Can, and Bluetooth communication provide flexible integration options with GX monitoring devices and the VictronConnect app. Up to 96% inverter efficiency and 99% MPPT tracking efficiency ensure minimal energy loss across the system.

Used in Alchemy industrial power systems for solar-hybrid installations in remote microgrids, off-grid lodges, agricultural sites, and any 48V system where consolidating the inverter, charger, and solar controller into one unit reduces complexity and cabinet space.
