The Victron MultiPlus-II 48V is a multifunctional inverter/charger designed for off-grid, mobile, and energy storage systems. Available in 3,000VA to 15,000VA models, it delivers true sine wave output with automatic transfer switching in under 20 milliseconds. PowerControl and PowerAssist allow the system to supplement limited AC sources like generators or shore power by adding inverter power on demand.

Built-in VE.Bus communication enables parallel and three-phase configurations, managed through a Cerbo GX or other GX device. The adaptive charge algorithm supports lithium, AGM, and flooded battery chemistries with configurable charge profiles via VictronConnect. Dual AC outputs provide separate always-on and transfer-switched circuits for critical and non-critical loads.

Used in Alchemy off-grid power systems for primary AC conversion, generator integration, and grid-interactive backup.
